HDPE Cutting Board

High Density Polyethylene (HDPE) cutting boards are engineered for durability, low maintenance, and safety. The textured and matte surface safely holds food in place without slipping. The “natural” bright white color is favored for its sanitary look.

Knives stay sharp when cutting on HDPE material since it is a softer plastic material that takes much longer to dull the blade. Because of its unique molecular structure, cuts seal and become indiscernible. With the savings from replacement knives and the durability of our HDPE cutting boards, long term savings add up quick.
CUSTOMERS
ePlastics® sells cutting board cut-to-size for restaurant supply companies as well as for direct sale to restaurants. We stock this material in large sheets and cut it down to your specification based on what you include in the cutting instructions when your order is placed. The plastic cutting board material that we sell is FDA approved and available in a variety of colors.

Traditional wooden cutting boards are no match for HDPE NSF approved plastic cutting board stock from ePlastics®. Wood and other materials absorb bacteria, splinter, chip, swell, peel, rot, warp, bend and crack. Our high-density plastic cutting board stock eliminates those problems and substantially outlasts cutting boards made with other materials.
SIZES
Standard color FDA white is carried in 1/2″, 3/4″, and 1″ thick.
ePlastics® stocks 5 FDA approved colors in 1/2″ – 3/4″. 1″ is available by special order.

White: traditional natural color
Red: used for red meats only
Blue: used for fish
Yellow: used for poultry
Beige: used for breads
Green: used for vegatables
